Ben’s 20+ years of SaaS experience, including enterprise resource planning, human capital management, vendor management, and product development lifecycle solutions, make him a trusted advisor to his customers, peers and ownership team.
Ben holds a BSBA in Marketing and Management from University of Colorado Denver.

Ido helps the company grow with his extensive expertise managing high-performance revenue teams in B2B SaaS. He leads CloudShare’s pricing efforts, sales process development, sales stack strategy, sales methodology, forecasting, performance management and more.
With a background in investment banking and asset management at JPMorgan, Ido moved into sales in 2011. He also previously served as CRO at Wibbitz, (acquired by Vimeo in 2021).
He has a B.A. from Baruch College in Business Administration and Finance and Investments.

Reggie leads CloudShare’s global revenue organization, focusing on building and scaling high-performing teams, driving sustainable ARR growth, and delivering exceptional customer value.
With over 12 years of experience in SaaS and professional services, Reggie has a proven track record of designing and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales performance, and leading organizations through high-growth phases and successful exits.
Reggie holds a BA in Mass Communications from University of Colorado Denver.

Nadav leads the development of all CloudShare’s software solutions, bringing with him 20 years R&D experience, and deep-seated specialization in SaaS and cybersecurity.
Nadav previously served as VP of R&D at Synamedia, and managed development groups in Cisco and NDS in the fields of Iot, Automotive and advanced SoC encryption systems
He holds an M.Sc. in computer science from J.C.T Jerusalem College and an M.B.A from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Noa leads CloudShare’s digital marketing, demand generation, and product marketing efforts.
With over 15 years of experience spanning B2B SaaS, high-tech, and startups, Noa’s core strength lies in building and scaling efficient, full-funnel growth engines using her deep expertise in demand generation, marketing operations, ABM, and AI-enhanced martech.
Noa holds a BA in Communications and English Literature from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Carmit leads CloudShare’s product development, driving its strategic vision and roadmap. With over 9 years of experience, she has consistently led products from initiation to launch, generating growth through innovation, high-value product offering, and an engaging user experience.
What guides Carmit in creating and delivering products is impacting users, customers, and the business. She’s passionate about resolving challenges, simplifying complexities, designing solutions, and enhancing customer experiences.
Carmit holds an MSc in Industrial Design from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).

Tzvika manages the development, growth, and evolution of the CloudShare infrastructure.
With over 10 years of experience in the software IT industry, he has a strong technical background with deep expertise in virtualization, storage, and servers.
Tzvika holds a BA in Computer Science from Reichman University (the IDC).

Jennifer leads CloudShare’s people operations, bringing over 15 years of experience leading people functions at Fortune 500 tech companies and at 3 Bow River Capital Companies.
She has implemented the full lifecycle of people programs from Onboarding, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and Total Rewards & Recognition to drive great company cultures leading to strong business results.
Jennifer holds a Masters in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco, a BA in International Relations from UC Davis, and SHRM-CP Certification.

John Raeder is Vice Chairman and Head of Software Investments on Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity (SGE) team. In this role, John leads the SGE team in originating, structuring and leading software growth equity and recapitalization transactions, as well as portfolio management.
During his 25+ year career as a Chief Executive Officer and Software as a Service (Saas) investor, John has scaled numerous market-winning software companies, including IQNavigator, FRX Software and Samba Safety and Mobile Solutions. With a proven operational playbook, John is the driving force behind capital formation enabling transformational change and revenue growth. He has raised substantial amounts of capital in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Venture Debt.

Zvi’s extensive background in technology, including a PhD in Computer Science and Cryptography from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, has equipped him with a deep understanding of cybersecurity, advanced computing, and practical applications of technology. Zvi is passionate about balancing business needs with technological solutions, advocating for rapid experimentation and adaptation.

Christian is a technology leader of operations, development, and architecture with an emphasis in web, e-commerce, big data, SaaS and cloud. His mission is to empower people, create modern scalable technology, and deliver in high-pressure, fluid environments.
Christian’s standout achievements include building over a dozen SaaS web applications in 6 international markets, re-engineering a technology and product strategy to increase revenue 150% in 3 years, developing a healthcare exchange with $50B in annual volume and over 10,000 customers, and building an Internet search engine based on millions of crowd-sourced preferences.

Sean O’Connell is a Vice President on Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity team. In this role, Sean is responsible for originating, structuring, executing and managing software investments.
Prior to working at Bow River Capital, Sean was an Associate at JMP Securities in San Francisco where he was a member of the Technology Investment Banking group. He started his professional career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Business Capital.
Sean graduated from Bryant University with a BSBA in Finance & Applied Analytics.

Abdullah Ghuman is a Vice President on Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity team. In this role, Abdullah is responsible for investment underwriting and due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, valuations, and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Abdullah was a Corporate Development Manager at HP, Inc. in New York where he focused on the end-to-end acquisition process including valuations, due diligence, integration planning, strategy development and post-closing issue resolution. Prior to that, Abdullah worked as an Investment Banking Associate at UBS where he was responsible for advising, executing LBO transactions, refinancing, and dividend recapitalizations for Software, Media, E-Commerce, Tech-Enabled Services verticals.
Abdullah graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Cornell SC Johnson College of Business.

Kosta Brkovic is a Senior Associate on Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity team. In this role, Kosta is responsible for investment underwriting and due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, valuations, sourcing and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Kosta was the Director of FP&A at Othram, a tech-enabled DNA sequencing and genomics service provider, where he led financial reporting development and implementation, strategic planning and budgeting.
Kosta graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance

Maitlan Cramer is a Managing Director on Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity team. In this role, Maitlan is responsible for managing all stages of the investment process from transaction through portfolio management and exit.
Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Maitlan was a Founder and Principal of Grand Ventures, a Midwest early-stage venture capital firm. Previously, he was an Associate in the Technology Investment Banking Division of Wedbush Securities in San Francisco. Maitlan held roles at MEC Strategies Group and Signal Hill Capital Group. While attending the University of Denver, he was a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst for IQNavigator.
Maitlan earned a BSBA in Finance from the University of Denver and holds his Series 79 and 63 licenses. In 2018, he was recognized as Top 40 Under 40 by the Grand Rapids Business Journal.
