About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Account Executive to join our revenue team in Denver, Colorado.

This is a quota-carrying role in which you will own the full sales cycle – from building relationships with key stakeholders, through negotiation and contracting. You will develop a strong understanding of CloudShare’s solution and clearly articulate how it delivers measurable ROI for customers.

In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, helping prospective customers understand CloudShare’s value proposition and driving successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company.
  • Adept at Salesforce and/or Hubspot CRM.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of success and overachievement.
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative, highly motivated teammate.
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • This position is based in Denver, Colorado, and is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our downtown Denver office.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 USD, in good faith.
  • This consists of a base salary of $75,000 USD and $75,000 USD in variable commission, based on performance.

We seek a Senior Backend Cloud Engineer to take a pivotal role in our R&D department. This position is for a hands-on technical expert passionate about building scalable cloud-native backend systems and leveraging modern AI/LLM capabilities. You will drive development across the entire lifecycle – from design to production – while embedding intelligent features, automation, and high engineering standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable cloud-native backend services and distributed systems.
  • Lead the integration of AI and LLM capabilities into production workflows, including intelligent automation and microservice-based architectures.
  • Architect modern cloud infrastructures and drive platform evolution across availability, efficiency, and security.
  • Develop and implement automation workflows to increase engineering velocity and reduce operational overhead.
  • Contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives, including IaC, CI/CD improvements, and GitOps adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and AI/data teams to deliver high-impact platform capabilities.
  • Promote engineering excellence through clean code, documentation, and technical leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience (Python preferred).
  • Proven experience architecting and operating production systems on AWS (EKS, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, S3, Step Functions, Bedrock).
  • Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS preferred), Docker, and microservice architecture.
  • Experience working with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform ideal).
  • GitOps experience with ArgoCD.
  • Strong understanding of relational and non-relational data models (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis).
  • Demonstrated experience designing or integrating AI/LLM-powered services, incl.: RAG pipelines, Model fine-tuning, Vector search / embeddings (OpenSearch preferred), LangGraph or LangChain frameworks
  • Hands-on experience building automation solutions using Python or orchestration tools (n8n / Node-RED / AWS workflows).
  • Proven ability to design highly available, distributed, secure, and cost-optimized systems.
  • A proactive, autonomous professional with an ownership mindset and a startup-oriented working style.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with observability frameworks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, CloudWatch).
  • Security/compliance knowledge (SOC2, IAM governance, FinOps awareness).
  • Experience building internal tooling, SDKs, or AI agent–style micro workflows.
  • Exposure to hybrid architectures or platform migration projects.
